Overview
A seven-day safari through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater is an extraordinary journey that takes you through some of the most iconic and diverse landscapes in Tanzania. It provides unmatched opportunities and allows you to witness the diverse landscapes, remarkable wildlife, and distinctive cultural interactions that make Tanzania’s national parks and conservation areas so special. Though it’s important to keep in mind that wildlife sightings might vary and that each safari is different, this schedule should give you a decent idea of what to anticipate.
Day 1: Tarangire NP
Our guide will pick you up at the hotel in Arusha town in the Safari Land-cruiser with an open roof and drive to Tarangire National Park. During the 2.5-hour drive you will enjoy the beautiful nature, varied landscapes and also see different African villages. Tarangire is known for its large elephant population, baobab trees and tree-climbing African pythons. The park takes its name from the river that flows across the length of the park.
When you arrive in Tarangire, you will do a game drive for the rest of the day. You also enjoy a picnic lunch near the river while watching animals drink water.
Animals you will see: Zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, and eland swarm the lagoons and wild dogs roam the plains, enormous herds of elephants claw the dry riverbed in search of beneath the surface waters. Lions that climb trees can be seen in Tarangire NP.
After the trip you will be driven to the nearby selected accommodation, for evening leisure, hot dinner, and overnight stay at your requested accommodation near to Tarangire National Park.

Day 2: Visiting Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will depart for Serengeti National Park for a game drive. You will arrive around noon time.
On the first day in Serengeti, you will do Game Drives in the Seronera area known for big cats and hyenas. There is a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. After a long day of watching animals in the endless area of Serengeti, you will be dropped at your luxury accommodation for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Wildebeest Watch in Northern Serengeti- Kogatende
After breakfast we will make our way to North(Kogatende) which is perhaps most famous for wildebeest migration at Mara area. The migration is between the month of August-October. Over a million wildebeest moves across the Mara rive to the north and then later moves back to the south. This is an excellent time to visit – the picturesque landscape is populated with herds which attracts packs of lions, hyena and a large amount of cheetah. You can expect to spot giraffes, elephants and buffalo in the acacia filled woodlands.
At the end of the day with enormous game viewing and wildebeest action, you will be dropped at your accommodation for the night.

Day 4: Wildebeest Watch in Kogatende
After breakfast, we will proceed to the Mara river so as to spot the real action of wildebeest migration. The whole day will be spent to see where we can get the real action. Oour tour guide will have the most recent, precise information when deciding where to go to watch the wildebeest migration in action.Take advantage of the opportunity to observe wildlife on the huge Serengeti plains, where you can come across a migration of more than thousands of wildebeests. Additionally, the wildebeest migration draws the attention of cheetahs and hyenas, and you might witness a pride of lions band together for a hunt. You will have the chance to watch the Big Five here.
Later in the evening, you will be dropped at Mara Mara Tented lodge for the night.

Day 5: Central Serengeti (Seronera)
After breakfast, you descend to the central Serengeti, known of its popularity of amazing wildlife-watch. Here you can also experience more than 2 million wildebeest migrating, and also more 200, 000 zebras join the migration in this plain area of Serengeti.
Seronera is also popular through out the year because even if there is no migration, you can also be able to enjoy enormous game viewing. You can spot many animals such as zebras, the famous Thompson’s gazelles, hyenas, antelopes, the “big 5” and 500 birds species.

Day 6: Ngorongoro crater
After breakfast, we leave for Ngorongoro crater. You will see a wide range of creatures here, including herds of wildebeest, eland, warthogs, hippopotamuses, and enormous African elephants. You can later on have a chance to return to your accommodation at Karatu for a refreshment and rest, after a long days of game watching.

Day 7: Arusha- Transfer to JRO
After breakfast, we will begin our journey to Arusha town. We can stop by for lunch at a restaurant. Then transfer to the airport(JRO) for your flight back home depending on your flight timings.
