On this day you will be driven to the airport in Dar es Salaam to catch your local flight to Arusha town via Kilimanjaro International Airport. At that airport you will be met by our representative and transfer you to Mvuli Hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay

Our driver guide will meet up with you at your hotel in Arusha after your breakfast. You will then be driven to Tarangire national park. Tarangire National Park has some of the highest population density of elephants as compared to anywhere in Tanzania, and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and distinctive location to visit. The park takes its name from the river that flows across the length of the park.

Tarangire is famous for elephants, birds (550 species), leopards, huge baobab trees, and is very rich in flora and fauna.

After breakfast, you will travel through the adventurous trail that takes you into the Ngorongoro crater. Grass steppes and acacia forests are home to almost all the species of animals found in the East African savannah. In only a few hours driving from Tarangire NP, you will have the chance of spotting the big five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhinoceros and leopard.

Designated as a World Heritage site, the crater measures 259km2, and is surrounded by walls towering to 610m. The mineral-rich crater floor – enclosed on all sides – has virtually formed its own ecosystem. From forested walls to grassy plains, and woodlands to lakes, the diversity of habitats are home to a wide variety of bird and animal life, in large numbers. You will get an opportunity to see predators such as lion, hyena, jackal and bat-eared fox, the cheetah and leopard. Lunch would be at hippo pool picnic site.

After extensive game viewing and a picnic in the crater, you will leave the highlands of Ngorongoro in the afternoon and travel back to Karatu town for dinner and overnight

It has abundant wildlife, large numbers of big cats and quintessential Serengeti landscapes of acacia-studded savannah. Resident wildlife makes this part of the Serengeti a fantastic year-round destination, and you can watch the herds of the Great Migration pass through the area. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world and it has the greatest concentration of animals in Africa.

Enjoy the day of game viewing in the vast Serengeti plains where you may encounter the migration consisting of over 2 million animals. They also attract the attention of predators like cheetah and hyena and you may be able to see a band of lion’s gang up for a hunt. Here you will get an opportunity to see the big five.

Full day wildlife game drive in this incredible Ndutu plains area of the Serengeti with amazing landscapes. This starts from sunrise to late afternoon whereby you will have short break enjoying your picnic lunch before you proceed with late afternoon to sunset game drive. A day drive in the plains teeming with hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, Game drives around lake Ndutu area before you drive to your amazing campsite/camp for dinner and overnight. (This is very special day for your safaris. Migrations of wildebeests are among the best event to spot in your visit to Tanzania).

Note: A day for wildebeest migrations. At this time of the years you will be catching wildebeest’s migrations in the Ndutu area. It is really amazing!

On this day our safari focus will be the Seronera area of the Serengeti – popular for seeing the big cats – leopards, lions, and cheetahs. Enjoy non-stop Game Drives with our guide giving you details of the various animals you will see.

Today you will leave Serengeti for a leisurely drive back to Arusha town. You will pass through the Ngorongoro highlands and enjoy seeing wild animals on the route. You will continue to the Kilimanjaro international airport (JRO) to catch your local flight back to Dar-es-Salaam. Upon arrival in Dar-es-salaam, you will be met by our driver at the airport and transferred to a hotel of your choice if you are spending the night in the city. We can discuss this with you so that we book the most appropriate hotel for you in terms of location.
