Day 1

Zanzibar to Central Serengeti

Begin your adventure with a morning flight at 0800AM from Zanzibar to Central Serengeti. The flight typically takes about 4 hours, providing stunning aerial views of the landscapes below. Arrival in Central Serengeti, upon arrival at Seronera Airstrip you will be greeted by your safari guide who will assist you with your luggage and provide an overview of the day’s itinerary. After a brief introduction embark on your first game drive in the iconic Serengeti National Park up to sunset. After an exceptional wildlife viewing, head to Heritage Tented Camp for check-in. Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by the camp’s chefs, featuring local ingredients and flavors that reflect Tanzanian cuisine.

Day 2

Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti

Start your day with a hot breakfast at the camp, fueling up for a full day of exploration, depart early for a full-day game drive in the Serengeti, your guide will take you to various locations within the park where wildlife is abundant, you will be able to see large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and possibly even predators like lions or cheetahs hunting during this time. A packed lunch will be provided so that you can enjoy a meal amidst nature without interrupting your wildlife viewing experience. spend the afternoon continuing your game drive, visiting different habitats such as riverine forests and open plains. Your guide will help spot animals and explain their behaviors and interactions within their ecosystems. In the evening return to the camp where dinner awaits, rest comfortably at Heritage Tented Camp after an exhilarating day filled with wildlife encounters.

Day 3

Sunrise Game Drive and Return Flight to Zanzibar

Wake up in the morning for a sunrise game drive to see animals as they are most active, see hippos and crocodiles by visiting hippo pool in Serengeti during these cooler hours. Experience breathtaking views of the sunrise over the savannah while spotting wildlife waking up for the day. After returning from your morning drive enjoy breakfast at Heritage Tented Camp before preparing for departure. Check out from Heritage Tented Camp and transfer back to Seronera Airstrip with your guide, board your flight back to Zanzibar at 1100 AM.
